Cottages
We offer one, two and three bedroom separate units. All rentals include a private bath with shower, kitchen with refrigerators, griddles, microwaves, outdoor grills, picnic tables, dishes, pots, pans and silverware, air conditioners, living rooms with futons, flat screen television with Roku, and all units have screened porches and/or a deck with lawn furniture. Included in your reservation are weekly bed sheets, pillows and pillowcases, sufficient blankets, and a kitchen towel and dish cloth. Additional toilet paper and dish soap complimentary upon request. We do not provide towels, please bring your own.

A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to hold reservation. Balance must be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival. No exceptions.

We require a $75.00 refundable security/key deposit at check-in for cabins 1-8 by credit card.

Rates do not include taxes. A 7% State and 5% County Inn-Keepers tax will be added.

Sorry, we do not allow pets at Anchor Bay Resort.

Each cottage has a maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced, including children, infants, and toddlers. This is strictly enforced. If you have extra people in your unit, including infants and toddlers, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and NO REFUND will be given.
