Reservation Information:

• 2 night minimum on Weekends

• 3 night minimum on Holidays

• A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to hold reservation. Balance must be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival. No exceptions. 

• We require a $75.00 refundable security/key deposit at check-in for cabins 1-8 by credit card.

• Rates do not include taxes. A 7% State and 5% County Inn-Keepers tax will be added.

• Sorry, we do not allow pets at Anchor Bay Resort.

• Must be 21 to rent a cottage. 

• Each cottage has a maximum occupancy that is strictly enforced, including children, infants, and toddlers. This is strictly enforced. If you have extra people in your unit, including infants and toddlers, you will be asked to leave the property immediately and NO REFUND will be given.
